Van Z CAM E2-F8 Full-Frame Lenses Irix Cine 45mm T1.5 (Feet): True Cine Lens with unbeatable price
5 out of 5 stars
First of all, this is a sharp lens with all the features I look for in a cine prime - no noticeable focus breathing, nice long throw, and a solid build. The size is also nice - it's quite a bit smaller than my Sony primes or than other primes in the same price range. Once you factor in full frame coverage, you'd be spending an extra $5000 at least to match the quality in any other cine l
Joshua Z CAM E2-F8 Full-Frame Lenses Irix Cine 30mm T1.5 (Feet): Great Lens for the price.

I bought this lens to match my other IRIX lenses 15, 45, 150 and it matches quiet well. The lens is very sharp and has good image quality.
montreuil Z CAM E2-F8 Full-Frame Lenses Irix Cine 21mm T1.5 (Feet): really impressed

I purchased this lens for my sony FX9 and I shoot with the raw extension. I mostly use the 28/135 F4 sony cine zoom lens. I needed something a bit more wide with a fastest aperture. My dream came true. this lens is excellent, extremely sharp and delivered stunning results. I have tried also the sony 16/35 GM master f2.8.. . but sometimes a real cine lens is better when autofocus(es) has their limitations and when manual focus is required for creativity. highly recommended
Jacob Z CAM E2-F8 Cine Lenses Irix Cine 45mm T1.5 (Feet): Sharp as a tack!
5 out of 5 stars
I was a little bit skeptical about buying this lens at first considering that I've never heard of Irix before. However, don't let that stop you. This lens is extremely sharp, even at wide-open!!! The footage you can get with this lens at T1.5 is crazy! Not to mention that this lens doesn't have any noticeable color fringing, and is constructed out of a solid metal exterior, and doesn't flare at all when in direct sunlight. If you're looking for a budget cinema lens that punches a lot higher than its price, I can't recommend this lens enough.

WILLIAM D. Z CAM E2-F8 Cine Lenses Irix Cine 45mm T1.5 (Feet): My favorite lens
5 out of 5 stars
I love the lens. It is beautifully crafted and sturdy. The weight of the lens will take a bit of getting used to so I don't suggest using it without mentally preparing for the weight or having a stand if you don't want to hold it. There is no image stabilization but that is to be expected; however, the smooth focus and aperture are amazing. They allow for a really really precise image whether photo or video. This is my favorite lens.
Jorge Z CAM E2-F8 Cine Lenses Irix Cine 45mm T1.5 (Feet): Solid; sharp; and affordable!!
5 out of 5 stars
I've been renting cine lenses for years for some of our bigger projects but never pulled the trigger on getting one. I mean, I have the Sigma 18-35 Art (photo) lens and I just can't justify spending 4K on the cine version. But this lens comes at a great price (paid $1,200) which in early 2020, happens to be cheaper than the Xeen primes. Not to mention Canon, Sigma, Zeiss CPs and the rest. -- I've shot a few test shots and the 45 looks very sharp and smooth with no noticeable CA. Focus throw is 180 and the overall feel is solid! - Can't wait for Irix to come out with a couple of more primes.

Van Z CAM E2-F8 Cine Lenses Irix Cine 11mm T4.3 (Feet): Amazing field of view with controlled distortion
5 out of 5 stars
This is a rectilinear lens with incredibly low visible distortion for an 11mm. Going through rooms there is no warping of vertical lines. A little stretching occurs towards the edges, especially at full frame, but that's no different from any other lens in this focal length. The build quality is great. The front element does extend out beyond the lens a bit, but in my 3 stage matte box I can still fit a single filter in front of it - and that type of element is necessary for an 11mm full frame lens. Dennis Z CAM E2-F8 Cine Lenses Irix Cine 30mm T1.5 (Feet): Quality and performance!
5 out of 5 stars
I've had many lenses over the years, I often researched what others liked or believed what YouTube videos said, but this time I decided to make a choice and decide for myself if this lens was for me. From the moment I opened the box of the Irix 30mm T1.5 RF version, I knew I had made the right choice. The weight of the lens, the position of the gears and the out of the box colors paired with my Red Komodo left me speechless. The lens handles light just the way I've been looking for, and the look the lens adds to the already amazing image quality and color accuracy of R3D made this lens for me a winner. I highly recommend this lens, especially if you want a true cinema lens and desire quality and performance at an outstanding price point. Will definitely purchase more from this brand in the future.
John Z CAM E2-F8 Cine Lenses Irix Cine 150mm T3.0 Macro 1:1 (Feet): Fantastic Cinema Macro Lens
5 out of 5 stars
For the price, this lens rocks! If it were three times the price it would still rock! There's plenty of YouTube video reviews of technical specs, but creatively, I found that this lens gave me a cinematic (subjective, I know), shallow depth of field with crisp focus. Definitely need a focus-puller and stability, but even without the latter, you can pull off some interesting shots. This will be a holy grail lens for product filmmakers, but it's extremely capable of pulling off some narrative shots. Some test footage: https://vimeo.com/509993097

Jeffrey Z CAM E2-F8 Cine Lenses Irix Cine 45mm T1.5 (Feet): Weighted
4 out of 5 stars
First of all, I'm not the best with cinema lenses and I'm not able to really quantify how good it is. Two things came to mind when I opened it. The sheer weight. It's a heavy lens. That "run&gun" shooting is next to impossible. The build quality. This lens is sturdy. Beautiful to look at if you are into aesthetics. From the rubber rings to the magnetic hood (which is genius) top tier. I've had the lens for about a week and the little I've shot, the quality is definitely worth the price. Roughly $1,200.. Inexpensive. Definitely recommend it.

Van Z CAM E2-F8 Cine Lenses Irix Cine 150mm T3.0 Macro 1:1 (Feet): Great macro lens, can't beat the price
5 out of 5 stars
I've been shooting with this lens on my RED Helium, but I also use it for stills with my A7III. The focus throw is smooth and long, and there is little breathing between short distances or between long distances (although, as expected, if you pull from a couple inches away to infinity, there is a transition where it breathes heavily). It feels well made and the images are very sharp.

Shaun Z CAM E2-F8 Cine Lenses Irix Cine 21mm T1.5 (Feet): A much needed upgrade
5 out of 5 stars
This lens is truly a gem. Superb craftsmanship, sharpness and color rendition., it's a wide angle lens with very little distortion. Pulling focus is a breeze with this lens. With added accessories it has turned my BGH1 into a full-fledged cinema rig.
DETELN Z CAM E2-F8 Cine Lenses Irix Cine 150mm T3.0 Macro 1:1 (Feet): Great lens.
5 out of 5 stars
I got this lens for high end table top shoots and am very pleased with the quality and the build of the lens. Something I wold normally expect from significantly more expensive cine-macro lenses. It's a bargen at that price point. The PL mount is a snug fit on my RED DRAGON and the rounded lens cap is a bit of a fail design since you can't put the lens on its front the way you normally park lens that you don't want to roll of your desk. But that's the only downside of it and it didn't affect the image waltet in any way.
