Returns and Refunds
We at Irix are sure that you will like our lenses, but in any case we offer a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you do not like the product for any reason, all you need to do is return the product within 30 days from the original purchase date, or delivery date, and we will refund 100% of your payment.
If the product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned goods. If you have any questions about returning your Irix merchandise, please send us an email.
If you experienced a problem with the product, it may be covered by our Limited Warranty. Please contact us with any concerns about the problem – our customers tell us we’re awesome with our service.
If you wish to return a product outside of the 30 day window, send us an email. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution.
If for any reason one of your products has failed, degraded, or just flat-out broken due to manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately using our customer support contact page
This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic defects that were incurred while using the product.
The Limited Warranty only applies to purchases made through irixusa.com, authorized Irix Lens USA Resellers and their affiliates. Any purchases through other resources will be denied any support or warranty-related requests.
We reserve the right to change our policy, or make exceptions to our Limited Warranty when and where we find it appropriate.
How can I service my Irix Lens product(s) under warranty?
Contact us with the following details:
- A photograph of the failed product(s).
- An order number, or a copy of a purchase receipt.
- A delivery address for any potential replacements we send.
If you cannot furnish any of the above documentation or requirements, we reserve the right to deny any warranty, repair or replacement, or return-related requests.
How long does the Limited Warranty last?
The coverage starts on the day of initial purchase and lasts for one (1) year.
What is not covered under the Limited Warranty?
The loss of the product, or part of the product, or damage incurred while using the product is not covered under the Limited Warranty.
All Irix Lens products have been designed to be safe to use with your camera gear. Irix Lens USA is not liable for any damage to your cameras, flashes, lighting gear, computer equipment, or anything else you operate while using Irix Lens products. Irix Lens USA is not liable for any bodily harm or injury the user or others as a result of using our products. Please use common sense, and keep small items out of reach of small children or pets.
